Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
    - Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
    - Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for any damaged items.
    - Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

     

     Exchanges

    - We accept exchanges for items of equal value. Please follow the same return process to initiate an exchange.

    Return Process

    2. Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

    Non-Refundable Items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
